MUMBAI: Radio Mirchi has introduced Diwali based content and programming to connect and engage listeners this festive season.
RJ Jeeturaaj will recite some Sanskrit shlokas from Ramayana followed by a festive musical bonanza called �Musical Mithai' where listeners can win delicious mithai dabbas. In a special segment called �Hum Kandil De Chuke Sanam', listeners will be invited to bring their kandils and decorate the studios adding their own personal touch, while �Mirchi pe Mawwali ki Qawwali' will feature two quintessentially Mumbai taporis commenting on the different happenings in the city during Diwali in an endearing and humorous manner. The radio station has planned various contests where listeners can win silver and gold coins, apart from goodies and gifts.
