Radio City to premier Strings' latest album

MUMBAI: Radio City has partnered Sony BMG for the exclusive national radio premiere of Pakistani rock band Strings' latest album 'Koi Aanay Wala Hai' featuring Hindi film actor John Abraham.

Radio City premieres the song nationally on its station, a week prior to its official release on 19 May. Additionally, the station is also conducting 'The Strings Epiphone Contest' exclusively for its listeners nationwide. One of the lucky listeners stands to win an Epiphone Guitar by Gibson, autographed by the Strings duo - Faisal Kapadia and Bilal Maqsood.Talking about the association, Radio City programming and marketing national head Rana Barua says, "Known for our music expertise, we are very selective about the kind of music we showcase to our listeners and Strings' creative genius in this domain is exemplary. We are extremely excited to join hands with Strings' latest album. Koi Aanay Wala Hai is Strings' latest album after a gap of four years, to be released in India on 19 May 2008. The music of the album takes inspiration from contemporary British rock and music from the 60s and 70s. It features eight energetic tracks composed by the duo.
