Radio City Hyderabad to air live from a mall

MUMBAI: Hyderabad's Radio City 91.1 FM is broadcasting live from a local mall to celebrate a weeklong Whatte Fun festival.

From 7 am to 9 pm the FM station is going live through a studio set up at City Centre Mall.

As part of the activity, The Radio City Breakfast Show, City Spice, Meeru Nenu and City Joyride will be aired live from the premises of the mall.

Singers from the Telugu film industry - Deepu, Aditya, Bhargavi, Geeta Madhuri as well as actors Aditya Om and Shruti will be joining the Radio City team for the festive special broadcast.

Commenting on the initiative, Radio City national head - marketing Rana Barua said, "We greatly cherish the special bond we share with the Radio Cityzens of Hyderabad and have always stepped ahead to enhance their involvement with us. The activity brings us even closer to them."

On 30 December, Radio City will organise a Whatte Fun fashion and music extravaganza from 6 pm onwards where shoppers at the mall will get treated to a fashion show featuring Hyderabad city's models along with Radio City's RJs walking the ramp.

This will be followed by a dance performance in between the games and contests with goodies to be won.
