MUMBAI: Radio City's popular humour capsule Babbar Sher, will now run on the station as a one hour show every Saturday from 8 pm to 9 pm. The extended show will be titled as 'Babber Sher Mehfil'.

Babber Sher is a  world of contrived 'sher o shayri' that combines creativity and inanities into simplistic and effective humor.

The witty three minute interstitial starts with an eerie tune and a growl with an entire 'Shayaro ki Mehfil'. The mandli of shayari has a man with a heavy north Indian accent reciting a hilarious sher with an equally funny Hinglish punchline adding to it complete with senseless comments and questions, who always elicit praises and hail him for his genius.
