MUMBAI: Ameen Sayani, the popular voice that entharlled radio listners for years is now back as Radio City with his popular show – �Geetmala ' every Sunday of June.

The show will have a repertoire of songs showcasing gems from Indian film music from the 1959 to 1960, timeless �hits' of the time, interwoven with interviews of legendary artists such as RD Burman, SD Burman, Mohd. Rafi, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Madan Mohan, Kishore Kumar & Mukesh.

The station in association with Saregama which has also launched the veteran RJ's album, �Geetmala ki Chhaon Mein' Volumes 11 – 15 covering the music of 1959–60.

On 10 May from 9 to 11 pm Radio City on its retro show �Kal Bhi Aaj Bhi' treated its listeners with the on-air chemistry that the evergreen Ameen Sayani carried down the ages. The two hour speacial show saw RJ Gaurav in conversation with Sayani, as he launched the album.
