Radio City B'lore brings regional flavor with 'Super 60'

MUMBAI: In its endeavour to add regional music in its offering, Radio City Bangalore has inserted a new segment in its morning show called 'Super 60' which will play 60 minutes of non-stop Kannada music everyday 

The segment which will be aired between 8am -9am boasts of an hour of uninterrupted music with no advertisements 

The station is also holding a contest revolving around the show wherein winners get a chance to win gifts worth Rs 9111 every day. Radio City's canter would be put up at important locations in the Bangalore city. By answering in a participation form, listeners can win gift vouchers on the spot and a chance to participate in a lucky draw. The winner of the lucky draw would get gifts worth Rs 9,111. The winners name would be announced at the end of the Super 60 

Commenting on the non-stop music bonanza, Radio City COO Ashit Kukian said,... Bangalore is one of the earliest radio markets in the country and Radio City was the first radio station to set up its operation in Bangalore. We thought it is time we give something back to the city and this is our token of appreciation for the enormous love Bangaloreans have showered on us.
