MUMBAI: Radio Mirchi's popular late night show Purani Jeans which has regaled listeners with retro golden hits over the years, has created a new offering �Purani Jeans Music Festival' to be aired on every Thursday and Friday.

Starting this week, Purani Jeans hosted by RJ Anmol will play popular retro hits based on particular themes –qawali, folk, classical, mujra, cabaret, and western. The musical nights will be peppered with interesting trivia as well as entertaining bytes.  Earlier the show had hosted Purani Jeans Film Festival where four classic films were screened over four Saturdays - Guide, An Evening in Paris, Kabhi Kabhie and Teesri Manzil.
