Mihir Joshi to perform at Blue Frog on 20 May

* To launch 'Bombay Rock Project 'at Revival of the bandstand culture in Mumbai

MUMBAI: Mihir Joshi, the lead vocalist of independent bands �The Works' and �Mihir Joshi's Bombay Rock Project', aka MJ Mihir of 94.3 Radio One will perform on Friday, 20th May at Blue Frog.

He will be performing his favourite songs by James Taylor, Dean Martin, Leonard Cohen, Michael Buble/Van Morrison, George Strait, Don Williams, Roger Whittaker, George Harrison/The Beatles, Eric Clapton, Keith Whitely/Allison Krauss, Cliff Richard, Eagles, Elvis and more.

Talking to, Mihir said, For the first time ever I'm singing pop and country songs that I've loved and jammed with my guitar player - Sanju Aguiar from Mihir Joshi's Bombay Rock Project....

Mihir Joshi will also officially launch his independent band �Mihir Joshi's Bombay Rock Project' at the 'Revival of the bandstand culture in Mumbai' on Monday, 23rd May at Y.B. Chavan Auditorium.

Speaking about the launch of the band Mihir said, We're playing at the 'Revival of the bandstand culture in Mumbai' organized by the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We'll be playing few songs for the very first time, and there will be two other bands performing at the show. Though we've already done two shows so far, this will be the official launch of the band....
