MUMBAI: Joe Jackson, father of king of pop Michael suffered a mild stroke -- his third in five years, as per reports.

83- year old Jackson was having trouble standing and walking on Wednesday, after which he was admitted to Las Vegas hospital. The patriarch of the Jackson family and infamous manager of the Jackson 5 – is said to be recuperating and resting comfortably and is listed in serious condition.

According to a spokesperson, Joe had suffered a mild stroke  and the hospital is expected to release him on Friday. The stroke he recently suffered is similar to two others he had in the past five years.
