The year 2011 adds up to Number 4. Rahu, as per Indian Vedic Shastra, also known as Uranus based on Western astrology, is represented by the Number 4. Let us try and analyze how the New Year is going to impact us.

People born under the numbers 1, 10, 19 or 28:

People born under the numbers 1, 10, 19 or 28 of any month are under the influence of â€?Sun'. Number 1 natives started this year with a partial solar eclipse in Sagittarius, the house of Number 3. This indicates a bad time for the â€?Sun' influenced natives, whose permanent house is in â€?Leo'  The next three months are challenging for these natives. They need to be careful in stock market investment and also in planning. From 14/4/2011 till 11/5/2011 and again from 17/8/2011 till 14/9/2011 will be a good time for them  as â€?Sun' will be placed in Aries and Leo respectively. They should try and do planning for the future in April/May. They can expect good job change or increment during the above months. Try and keep a check on your expenses as you may need the funds in Oct to Dec 2011 periods. Health seems to be week during these months.

People born under the numbers 2, 11, 20 or 29:

People born under the numbers 2, 11, 20 or 29 of any month are under the influence of â€?Moon'. Number 2 natives started this year with a partial solar eclipse in Sagittarius. This indicates difficult time for â€?Moon' influenced natives too, whose permanent house being in Cancer. The next couple of months can be hard on these natives particularly the health (digestive system, cough and cold). They should try and avoid any new relationship and be very careful in investment and the stock market. The months of April, May and July are good months for them. Thereafter, again care needs to be taken as far as existing relationships are concerned. Avoid falling in new relations or love in 2011 as the relations may not be very long 

People born under the numbers of 3, 12, 21 or 30:

People born under the numbers of 3, 12, 21 or 30 of any month are under the influence of â€?Mercury'. Number 3 started this year with a partial solar eclipse in one of its own house, namely, Sagittarius and so will have the maximum effect of the eclipse. Work, new projects or plans may get delayed during January and February  However, these natives are very strong physically and mentally and will soon get over these phase. Good period starts for them from February 21 onwards and will last till May 11th, 2011. Jupiter will also be in its own house till May 8, 2011 due to which these natives will do exceedingly well.

People born under the numbers of 4, 13, 22 or 31:

People born under the numbers of 4, 13, 22 or 31 of any month are under the influence of �Uranus/Rahu'. The year 2011 belongs to these natives and they will be in the news after a slow start in January. They will do well and some will reach a very high position by middle of the year. People connected with the masses like Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Social leaders, etc will do quite well. They will go travel widely and few will have a chance to go abroad for future studies or jobs.

People born under the numbers of 5, 14 or 23:

People born under the numbers of 5, 14 or 23 of any month are under the influence of �Mercury' whose permanent house is the Gemini and Virgo. The year 2011 will be good for them. These natives will do well in money matters, jobs and investment. They need to be careful from 31/3/2011 when their ruling planet Mercury turns retrograde in Aries and will continue its retro motion until 22/4/2011. During these times, they need to re-plan their travels, investment or other future plans. Decisions taken during these times can go against them. Months of May/June seems to be very lucky for them.

People born under the numbers of 6, 15 or 24:

People born under the numbers of 6,15 or 24 of any month are under the influence of �Venus' whose permanent house is the Taurus and Libra. This year is good for the people of Number 6. The family life and domestic affairs can be managed calmly. Many will enjoy good vacations. Period from 25/2/2011 when Venus enters Capricorn and until 8/4/2011 when it moves out of Aquarius is the good time for these natives. Again June and July are the good months for these natives. The partial solar eclipse has done for these natives world of good.

People born under the numbers of 7, 16 or 25:

People born under the numbers of 7, 16 or 25 of any month are under the influence of �Neptune/Ketu'. This solar eclipse has brought with it little hard times and tension to these natives. The money situation has become very tight and so is the work. Their plans have got affected and work has been delayed. These natives will require couple of months to regain all that has been delayed or lost in the past couple of months. The month of July seems to be lucky for these natives when they will come out of the difficult situation and will again show their presence.

People born under the numbers of 8, 17 or 26:

People born under the numbers of 8, 17 or 26 of any month are under the influence of �Saturn' whose permanent house is the Capricorn and Aquarius. Like number 4, this year is good for the Number 8 also. Saturn, its lord, is well placed in Virgo till 15/11/2011 when it moves into Libra, another exalted position for the lord. The months of January and February are good and lucky for these natives. Some of the natives will reach a very high position in the organization.

People born under the numbers of 9, 18 or 27:

People born under the numbers of 9, 18 or 27 of any month are under the influence of �Mars'. This solar eclipse has not been good for these natives as well. Students especially, may struggle a bit. It is not a good time for love and relationships either. However, things will improve as Mars goes into Capricorn on January 8, 2011 and will remain in there till February 7, 2011. During this time, the energy level of Number 9 will be very high. It is therefore necessary for the Natives to be careful while driving. They need to be careful in financial deals also. They need to ensure that the relationship with opposite sex does not go awry.

Year 2011 for India overall:

Inflation and Interest rate will rise further in 2011. The prices of Gold and Silver may see new high. Price of petrol will also see a new high. 2011 will be the year for the masses and if nothing is done for them, then one can see a mass movement gaining momentum against price rise and other important matters concerning the country. This year will be a year of Power for the country. It may see the transfer of power from one person to another. Stock market may touch a new high by May and will decline once the high is touched.
