K Sanjay Prabhu elevated as Radio Indigo MD

MUMBAI: Jupiter Entertainment Ventures the parent company of Radio Indigo and The Bengaluru Pages magazine has revved up the Senior Management team with strategic positions. K Sanjay Prabhu, chief operating officer - Radio Indigo and Publisher - Bengaluru Pages has been elevated to the position of Managing Director and will now be responsible for the overall responsibility of the 2 companies. Jayyant Bhokare has been appointed as the chief operating officer - media, events and contract marketing.

On Jayyant's appointment, K Sanjay Prabhu says, "I'm delighted to welcome Jayyant on board. Radio Indigo has consistently built on a distinct, affluent and an upmarket audience base. Jayyant Bhokare's work experience spans over 14 years in Media Sales & Management, Business Development across Print, Television, Radio, Digital and Outdoor. Prior to joining JEV, Bhokare was positioned as the VP - business development at Big FM where he developed several business verticals - Big Street, Big Reach and worked on international expansion.

He has also worked with Star India Pvt Ltd where he was a part of the KBC sales team and served as the national sales head of Radio City. Bhokare has previously worked with Bennett & Coleman Co Ltd and Tata Press. On his responsibility Jayyant Bhokare adds, "I'm very excited to be part of JEV.
