Junglee acquires Atithi..., Lahore, Prem Ka Game music rights

MUMBAI: After a relatively dull 2009, Junglee Music is set to make a buzz this year with the acuqisition of audio rights of three Hindi films - Atithi Tum Kab Jaaoge, Prem Ka Game and Lahore. The music of all the three films will hit the stores at around the same time in another 10 days.

Confirming the acquisition, Times Music COO Adarsh Gupta says, "We will promote the music via all mediums. The promotions will be loud and visible everywhere."

The music of Ajay Devgan and Konkona Sen starrer Atithi Tum Kab Jaaoge is composed by hit factory Pritam who tasted success last year with several hits tucked under his belt. He has composed three songs and newbie Amit Mishra has also chipped in four tracks. The lyrics has been penned by Irshad Kamil along with Mishra.

Raju Singh has scored the music of Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Maliaka Arora Khan starrer- Prem Ka Game. The lyrics of the film has been penned by veteran Javed Akhtar and Kiran Kotrial. The movie will see well known singers like Sonu Niigaam, Sunidhi Chauhan, Vishal Dadlani, Shreya Ghoshal and host of others crooning for it.

Lahore will see music director M M Kreem return to Bollywood after a brief hiatus.

Times Music, Junglee's parent, is also eyeing the regional market with the acquisition of Tamil and Kannada film music.
