MUMBAI: Gaana.com, Times Internet Limited's (TIL) digital music platform had recently partnered with Yash Raj Films, Magnasound, and Unisys Infosolutions to strengthen its music library. Gaana.com is enhancing its large music library with more regional content which will be available soon.

Speaking to Radioandmusic.com, Gaana.com head Avinash Mudaliar confirmed, “We have added Yash Raj Films, Magnasound, and Unisys Infosolutions music to our music library. We will also soon be adding a regional catalogue to our music library. But it’s too early to give out any more details.”

Over 50,000 songs across different categories, from major blockbuster movies to a variety of Punjabi hits to the best of 1990s Indipop, have been added with three partnerships. This partnership has helped Gaana to cross 200,000 users.

With respect to the mobile downloads, iPhone, Blackberry and Android had 58,153, 5,115 and 69,456 downloads respectively. Nokia and Samsung phones both had 69,674 downloads.
