Enrique Iglesias returns to India

MUMBAI: Marking his second visit to the country, global music sensation Enrique Iglesias has confirmed his three city tour in October this year.

The singer will venture on a three city tour with performances on 17 October in Pune Amanora Park, 19 October in Delhi Gurgaon HUDA Grounds and 21 October in Bangalore. The tour is produced by Only Much Louder (OML), which also organizes acclaimed music festivals like Bacardi NH7 Weekender and Eristoff Invasion.

Speaking about his tour, Iglesias said, "It’s been a long time since my last tour in India and I have been dying to come back and perform in front of one of the best and craziest crowds in the world. I’m excited about this visit and promise to give a great show and do my best so everyone has a great time. It’s going to be awesome.”

Only Much Louder CEO Vijay Nair said, “After having worked with Lady Gaga and David Guetta last year, we are looking forward to bringing Enrique back for his second tour in India which will be a full scale live production. We have been building concerts for varied audiences and I am sure pop music fans in India would be thrilled to watch him live. For many of his younger fans this would be the first time they get to see him live and we are excited about being a part of enabling that experience.”

After a massive two-city tour in Bangalore and Mumbai in 2004, this will be the Latin popstar’s second visit to the country, The singer is all set to enthrall music aficionados with renditions of his chart-topping singles including ‘Hero’, ‘Bailamos’,‘Escape’, ‘Rhythm Divine’, ‘Love To See You Cry’, ‘I Like It’ and ‘Tonight I’m Loving You’ amongst others.

The singer/songwriter recently unveiled his latest single ‘Finally Found You’featuring Sammy Adams which will feature on his forthcoming tenth studio album. He has earlier also collaborated with celebrated Bollywood vocalist Sunidhi Chauhan on a special remix and video for the track ‘Heartbeat’, which featured on the Indian edition of his last album ‘Euphoria’.
