MUMBAI: Latin guitar legend Carlos Santana is set to make his debut performance in India. He will perform live at a music fest on 26 October in Bangalore.

Grammy winner Santana will play his Latin-infused rock tracks at the Vladivar Rock N India fest for the country’s music fans. The 65-year old is expected to play his classic hits like ‘Black Magic’ Woman, ‘Evil Ways’ and ‘Smooth’ with his trademark PRS guitar, agency reported.

'The coming together of Santana and Rock N India will create yet another benchmark in music entertainment and lifestyle space," United Spirits president 7 MD Ashok Capoor said.

Santana is currently in the middle of his 'Greatest Hits Live: Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow' residency gig at the House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.  He is also working on a yet untitled memoir, which will be published simultaneously in English and Spanish in 2014. Santana has sold over 100 million records and has won 10 Grammy Awards, including  nine for 1999's Supernatural.
