Mumbai: Bangalore`s Palace Grounds will play host to popular American alternative hip hop band Black Eyed Peas (BEP) on 16 October 2007.
The quartet - Will.i.am, Fergie, apl.de.ap and Taboo embarked on the Black Blue and You World Tour 2007 in September and are slated to perform in 13 countries across the globe, including India.
The makers of chartbusting album Elephunk and Monkey Business with hit songs like Where is the Love?, Shut up, Don`t lie, Don`t Phunk with my heart, My humps and Let`s get it started will perform for the first time in India. This tour will also have Fergie and Will.i.am singing tracks from their solo albums. Singer Fergie singing on solo tracks from The Dutchess, which includes London Bridge, Fergieluscious, Glamourous and Big Girls, don`t cry. Rapper Will.i.am will woo the audiences with his latest album Songs about girls with smash single I got it from my mama. It will also mark the release of their latest album The E.N.D. (The Energy Never Dies). Tickets to the event will be available at select Planet M, Nokia, Baskin Robbins outlets in Bangalore, or can be booked online at www.dnanetworks.com or www.ticketpro.in. The tickets are priced at Rs 1,650 and Rs 1000.
