BANGALORE: 92.7 Big FM Bangalore will recoginize fresh new talent across genres of entertainment and theatre, in its Big Kannada Rising Star Awards (BKRSA) 2011 to be held on September 23 in Bangalore.

The awards are being positioned as �Today's Star, Tomorrow's Superstar'. The categories are from movie, television and sports industry.

The panel of judges comprises of actors Raghavendra Rajkumar and Jaggesh, lyricist and director Nagendra Prasad, singer Rajesh Krishnan and composer Manu Murthy.  The nominees for the awards have been selected after a detailed search and mapping of the new emerging talent across Karnataka.

E-TV Kannada and Deccan Chronicle are the television and print partners.
