MUMBAI: Beatfactory Music, the Delhi-based music production and sound recording company fronted by renowned composer Gaurav Dayal will promote two tracks from acclaimed singer-composer Shibani Kashyap’s forthcoming album.

The dance track crooned by Kashyap and composed by Dayal will be released by August-end. The video of the dance tracks which is claimed to be filled with pop-rock and house music will be shot in Europe this week.

Speaking about the association, Dayal said, “It is for the first time that Beat factory has acquired a popular independent artiste like Shibani Kashyap. She is a respected singer in her genre and collaborating with her was a great experience. The beat factory has always taken pride in promoting independent music and artistes.”

The composer has also produced a commercial track ‘Mujhe Pankh De Do’ as part of McCann’s ‘Women for Change’ campaign. The track rendered by Shubha Mudgal and penned by Prasoon Joshi, is released with a video by Saregama.

Dayal has also scored three tracks for Vickrant Mahajan's forthcoming flick Challo Driver. For the first time, the composer has rendered a number ‘Bakra Bakra’ for the movie. The album also includes a collaborative soft track by Mika Singh and Hard Kaur, marking their first association ever.

Commenting on his singing debut, Dayal stated, “It’s was a great experience to sing your own song, I was glad that the director wanted my vocals for the track and as a composer I had a clear vision on how I wanted my song to be. I just tried to imply my vision and director’s idea into the track. I was over-whelmed when the team flew down to Delhi to record and track at my studio.”

The composer was quiet impressed with Kaur’s creative and vivacious status. “Hard Kaur’s voice has a lovely texture and I was awed with her creativity. It was for the first time that Kaur won’t be singing rap but a soft track which has highlighted her softer side,” he added.

Apart from Dayal, the album consisting of five tracks also has compositions of Sajjad Ali Chandwani. Penned by Vickrant Mahajan, the album includes singers like Shaan, Rakhtima, Labh Janjua, Aditi Veena and Shubhankar Dutta  and is available on T-series.
