Audio books brand Reado unveils website

MUMBAI: Audio book brand Reado recently launched its website at the World Book Fair in New Delhi.

Reado.com offers more than 100 leading book titles converted into downloadable audio books for mobile phones, MP3 players, IPad, IPhone, Android and other tablet devices.

The brand will retail its audio books in various book stores and online through Flipkart.com. Some of the audio books available for download include ‘The Immortals of Meluha’ by Amish Raj, ‘Losing My Virginity and Other Dumb Ideas’ by Madhuri Banerjee and ‘God Save the Dork’ by Sidin Vadukut.

Reado CEO& co-founder Sumit Suneja said, “Reado.com is our foray into the online retail segment. We believe the future of reading is listening. Therefore, in addition to the audio books on CDs, we are providing our customers with easy and convenient direct digital downloads. Through Reado.com we are providing a retail platform for not just our in-house productions but also to other external productions, starting with Audio books by international audio book giants Gildan Media and Brilliance Audio.”

Reado is a audio book brand of Think Ink Media Inc. The company has partnered with publishing houses like Penguin, Hachette, Harvard Business Review and Brilliance offering audio books covering a vast range of subjects like contemporary fiction, classics, health and business books amongst others.
