Aerosmith concert to rock Bangalore on 2nd June

Mumbai: Royal Challenge in partnership with DNA Network will present "Aerosmith `s Greatest Hits 2007 World Tour" on 2nd June at Palace Grounds in Banglore.

The band known as `bad boys from Boston` has the legendary Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer. They will perform some of the best compositions from the band`s 33 year old history including "Looks Like a Lady, Livin` on the edge, Walk this Way, Sweet Emotion, Falling in Love, I Don`t want to miss a thing, Crazy, Angel, Dream On and Janies got a gun."

DNA Networks managing director Venkat Vardhan said,"Aerosmith is one of America`s greatest cult bands and we`re proud to be the first to get them to India. They hold the record for the most gold, platinum and multi-platinium albums by any American group and have a very strong fan following in India too. The concert will be a must watch as we are not leaving any stones unturned to make this one of the most memorable gigs in the country so far."

Founded in 1973, Aerosmith has more than 25 bill board top 40s to its credit, including chart busters such as Dream On, Get your wings, Janies got a gun and Crazy. The band`s I don`t want to miss a thing from Armageddon staring Tyler`s daughter Liv, reached the #1 slot of Billboard Hot 100 and was nominated for an Academy award.

Other sponsor for the events are Planet M, Nokia, Reliance, Baskin Robbins and HSBC.
