MUMBAI: The fifth Mirchi Kaan awards is scheduled to on the 18th July. Initiated in 2004 by Radio Mirchi, Mirchi KAAN Awards has been erected to felicitate creative excellence in radio advertising.

Breaking last year's records, Radio Mirchi's 5th Mirchi KAAN Awards, have received an overwhelming response with more than 700 entries across 15 categories. Creative talents from India's leading advertising firms will be competing with each other for the Gold, Silver & Bronze awards and the Single Crystal Award for the most outstanding Radio ad along with many more.The jury for the awards comprises Prasoon Joshi, Piyush Pandey, R Balakrishnan, Ravi Deshpande, Mohammed Khan, KS Chakravarthi, Agnello Dias, KV Sridhar, Rajat Dholakia, Ram Sampath, Priti Nair, Rekha Nigam, Bobby Pawar, Shantanu Moitra, Ramanuj Shastry, Ashish Khazanchi, Gullu Sen, Prahlad Kakkar, Pradeep Sarkar, Josy Paul, Suguna Swami, Senthil Kumar, Sunil Thoppil, Deepa Krishnan & Ramesh Ramanathan.
