MUMBAI: American singer-rapper 50 Cent will finally release his long delayed album ‘FIVE (Murder by Numbers)’ on 3 July.

Speaking to a radio station, Cent said, "I was gonna put a record out that was completely up to album standard, and I'm gonna do that. I worked on this album for a long time. It's been three years."

The album is said to have run into delays due to the tiff between 50 Cent and his record label Interscope. Cent had also fired a number of tweets complaining about the politics at the label. This will be Cent’s last album with the label since he signed the contract in 2002.

Cent’s last studio album ‘Before I Self Destruct’ was released in 2009.
