MUMBAI: Before you get your mind running in all the directions, let us tell you that the powerful yet soulful voice of Mehndi has too many women going weak in their knees. Few days back it was Bollywood Actor Mahima Chaudhary who acknowledged her love for the Pop-Bhangra Singer. And now it is former Miss India and Bollywood star Gul Panag.
Mehndi recently crooned a song for the movie ‘Sarsa’ on his recent visit to Mumbai. Gul was so mesmerized by his aureate voice during the recording that she could not stop herself from tweeting “OMG!!!!Daler Mehndi is GOD!!”
Mehndi, who is well known for his courteous reply-backs, was gracious in replying her back, “Thank you Ji... Rab Rakha”.
Not only his high pitched vocals, but his polite, well-mannered conduct has charmed million of women! And Mehndi continues to serve its strong female base with his gracious mannerism and affable gestures.
The music of the film has been given by Agnee (of MTV Splitsvila fame). Directed by Jatinder Mauhar Gill, the movie is based on student politics in Punjab and will release in September 2012.
