MUMBAI: Finally the wait is over as the cult reality show MTV Hero Honda Roadies 8 –Shortcut to Hell is all set to hit your television screens. Watch as the terrible trio – Raghu, Rajiv and Rannvijay travel through the country on the hunt for 6 boys and 6 girls who can prove their mettle and are worthy enough to become a Roadie. Don't miss the action as the judges grill the contestants till their darkest fears are out in the auditions episodes of MTV Hero Honda Roadies 8 – the Shortcut to Hell premiering this Saturday, 22nd January @ 7pm only on MTV! The audition episodes will air every Saturday and Sunday @ 7pm.

After picking the first Roadie straight out of Roadies Battleground, Vibhor Sharma from Delhi is preparing to face the other contestants who will soon join him on the journey. While the bad boys of television – Raghu and Rajiv and the ultimate Roadie of all times – Rannvijay on the judging panel are out on roads to unravel the toughest, smartest and the most courageous contestants who will finally sport the Roadies badge and make it to the journey.

Aditya Swamy, Channel Head – MTV India, said This year Roadies has seen over 25,000 youth audition to be a part of the show. The energy and confidence they carry with them reflects the �I can do anything' spirit among the youth of today. But when they meet our Hell Raiser Judges, more than just sparks fly around. The premiere episode begins with auditions in the city of Chandigarh, where over 4500 applicants turned up with an aspiration to become a Roadie. While hopeful candidates thought it was easy, things get tougher, meaner and edgier as their worst nightmare comes alive when the judges begin their interrogation  Over the next 6 weeks  of the audition episodes watch wannabe Roadies queue up at audition venues across other cities in Delhi, Pune, Bangalore and Kolkata, where they are put to test during the Group Discussions and the shortlisted contestants are further set up to meet the dreadful judges at the Personal Interview.
