MUMBAI: Superstar Rajesh Khanna celebrates his 67th birthday on 29 December 2009.

The tag Superstar... was coined for him after his performance in ''Aradhana'', where he attained superstar status to such an extent that he is still fondly remembered for his charisma which is still beyond compare.

During his superstar days he featured in hits like Do Raaste, Anand, Aan Milo Sajna, Sachaa Jhutha, The Train, Choti Bahu, Joroo Ka Ghulam, Bawarchi, Shehzada, Raja Rani, Ajanabee, Aap Ki kasam, Roti, Prem Kahani, Anurodh. His superstar status was evident even in the 1980s with films like Aanchal, Dharam Kanta, Souten, Zamana, Aakhir Kyon? Adhikaar and Nazrana.
