MUMBAI: Reliance Media World Ltd. and Godrej Eon in association with �I AM SHE 2010' concluded the special contest �I am Courage' through a grand finale where the winner was crowned by none other than Sushmita Sen herself. The contest invited courage stories from women across the country who have stood up and done exceptionally well for themselves and their family. This initative showcased the integrated solutions approach of Reliance Media World Ltd., which saw 92.7 BIG FM, its radio division becoming the official radio partners for the event, the on ground entries managed by its experiential marketing division BIG Live. The finale event, which was hosted at the Renaissance in Mumbai was organized by the events wing of BIG Live. With over 1000 entries from women the jury found it extremely challenging a task to select the best story and finalized on the winner �Rashmi Jethwani' from Mumbai, who had an exceptional story to tell.

An excited Rashmi Jethwani commented I am still in shock to have won this title. It gives me great pleasure to be selected and crowned by the enigmatic Sushmita Sen, whom I idolize for her courage of being a single parent and being able to raise 2 kids. It is now that I feel I have done something different in this world and have helped my family in every possible way. I thank BIG FM and Godrej Eon for honoring me. It is something that really came to me naturally and something I believe any Indian women would do for their families in their own capacity....

The story behind the courage: Rashmi Jethwani grew in a well to do family until she faced an economic problem and suffered huge losses in her business. Though having a good upbringing she became the support pillar for her family both emotionally and financially. After working hard for days and nights she ensured that her two daughters were educated well. It was their passion for books and love for education that made them pursue further studies and make them engineers. Destiny tested her courage all over again, when her husband met with an accident and slipped into a coma. But it was Rashmi's determination and perseverance that made her stand strong in such challenging situations and able to be strong and courageous.

The evening saw an enthralling and alluring performance by Shibani Kashyap who made guests dance to her numbers and kept them asking for more. The evening also showcased top 30 contestants of �I AM SHE' Miss Universe Pageant who walked the ramp before the final event on May 28th, 2010.

�I AM She 2010' is the official preliminary for Miss Universe 2010 and 92.7 Big FM is the official radio partners for I AM SHE 2010. Big FM RJs will keep listeners updated during the selection procedure and will provide first hand action from the finale venue. BIG Live a division of Reliance Media World has partnered with I AM SHE to market the pageant in India.
