MUMBAI: Radio Misty Chief Executive Officer Nishant Mittal was honoured with Puran Chandra Jhawar Samman at a gala ceremony at Town Hall in Siliguri for his outstanding contribution in field of Radio. West Bengal Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Minister Asok Bhattacharya gave this samman.On this occasion Mayor of Siliguri Gangotri Dutta and host of other dignitaries were present.

A jury headed by Sub Divisional officer Rajat Saini decided on this award list. The jury consisted of G S Hora, ex chairman CII, Sujit Bose, working president, siliguri mahukuma krira parishad, P K Shah, Former District Governer, Lions International and Eminent Advocate Pushkar Lohia.Marwari Yuva Manch, the largest Ngo of the country hosted the award ceremony.
