Radio Mantra 91.9 FM repositions its music
MUMBAI: Being true to its claim of Hatt ke Jeenay ka Mantra..., Radio Mantra 91.9 FM introduced new genres of music this Diwali for its listeners across its Hindi Markets across Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand.
Talking to us, Narendra Tripathi, COO, Radio Mantra 91.9 FM said, Embarking upon our third year of functioning, we wanted to give something new to our listeners. All our markets are going to be mature... markets now, and we certainly believe that now the listener wants something more than just CH music. Hence, our forthcoming programs are a small step towards the same. Expect a lot of new programming initiatives from Radio Mantra, in the near future....
Radio Mantra's fresh program line up across all its stations will feature a blend of Ghazals, Sufi Rock, Qawali, Lounge and Indian Rock.
The new shows includes, Love Aaj Kal on Saturday nights (21:00-00:00hrs), a fine selection of Ghazals, blended with some recurrent music, garnished with some real good classics and served with some delicious talk.
As another week comes to an end on Sunday evenings, Lazy Lamhe (21:00-00:00hrs) would be lined up for the listeners to just sit back and enjoy some real good, handpicked alternative music featuring variants like lounge, fusion, sufi songs, Qawali, pop.
There would be no better beginning to Monday Mornings, as Radio Mantra would kick start the day with some absolutely fresh music. Har Somvar KO Som Ras with 91.9fm Radio Mantra, where listeners will get to hear the freshest music without any repeats.
