Radio City 91.1 FM asked Amdavadis and Punekars to switch off their engines on World Environment Day

MUMBAI: On the occasion of World Environment Day, Radio City 91.1FM, India's first and leading private FM radio brand, went on ground with full josh at various signals in Pune and Ahmedabad. To make our planet clean and pollution free place to live, the station asked the citizens to switch off their vehicle engines at the signals. Observing the Amdavadis and Punekars from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm at Karishma Society Signal, Shimla Office, Mhatre Bridge, Dagdu Shet, Swargate Junction, Somwar Peth signals in Pune and Paldi four square, Panchavti four square, Income Tax Circle, Dilli Darwaza /Relief RD Sqaure, Ellis Bridge Sqaure signals in Ahmedabad, Radio City RJs along with the promoters recognised the citizens contribution towards the World Environment Day. Wearing Radio City T-shirt and caps, the team rewarded 150 Ahmedavadis with chocolate bars, flowers and chocolate hampers for their sweet gesture and Punekars with the food vouchers as well as a Certificate of Appreciation. Pune's most favourite RJ Abhijeet invited the winner Live on-air where he shared his experience with the listeners.
