MUMBAI: Soon to be released Lafangey Parindey not only boasts of a fresh lead pair, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Deepika Padukone, but also refreshing tunes from music composer R. Anandh. Anandh was formerly associated with the band 'Agosh'. He has also composed music for films such as Zor. Penned by Swanand Kirkire, the music of this film captures the journey of two individuals who fight against their destiny to achieve their dreams.

The title song 'Lafangey Parindey' is filled with high attitude. Sung by Ronit Sarkar, this song has an edgy feel to it which goes with the various situations in the film. Mohit Chauhan brings in a refresher to the album with his 'Man Lafanga'. However the track touted to be the next chartbuster is 'Dhatad Tatad'. Shilpa Rao, known for her unconventional yet impressive voice has sung 'Nain Parindey' which is expected to make an impact in the narrative of the film. The other numbers include 'Rang Daalein' and the instrumental 'Born to fly'
