iDance Festival in Mumbai

MUMBAI: Bringing together a host of top-of-the-line Indian and International DJs and Visual Artists, the Urban Distortion iDance Festival @ Blue Frog kicks off today and is on till 14th August.

Tonight, don't miss Ido Ophir (Hommega, Israel) carpet bombing the dance floor with techno trax. Opening set by Arjun Vagale (Jalebee Cartel, India) playing his favorite electronic tunes of 2009.

On the line-up tomorrow, 14th August, is founder of Flying Rhino Records UK, James Monro (4D, Tropical Beats, UK) spinning out Goa Trance and Progressive House tunes that'll keep you glued to the dance floor. Also playing is Mmat (Bhavishyavani, France) blasting tunes from his festival jaunt at Sonar & IBiza.

Holding court at the outdoor stage, 13th -14th August, is DJ Boombaba doling out banging Acid Techno and Progressive Trance tracks by the mega-zillion.

For those who like a minimum of 3 senses pandered to at all times, we bring you Live Projections and innovative Video Mapped Sculptures by 3rd Thought / &then. Plus there's 3d installations out of laser cut triangles by STUDIO AV.
