Hype Music announces showcase lineup

MUMBAI: Hype Music, a creative partnership between MTV Music Group and Extreme Music, the production music arm of Sony/ATV, today announces the lineups for two phenomenal SXSW showcases featuring headliners Vintage Trouble, Allen Stone and The 1975.

Across two venues in two days, what can only be described as a spectacular bill, cements Hype Music's SXSW shows as the must-see showcases of the week.  Breakout band Vintage Trouble along with Hype artists Dinner and a Suit, The New F-O's, Jared James Nichols and Elaine Faye hit the stage on Thursday, March 14th at Austin's Six Lounge (319 Colorado Street).

On Friday 15 March, Hype's The Parlotones, Fly.Union, Kimberly.Nichole, Gone By Daylight, The Diamond Light and Cameron will  perform throughout the day along with indie favorites The 1975 and Allen Stone across three stages at the Hype/Swing House Studios showcase (Rusty's - 405 East 7th Street). The annual convergence of music, film and interactive media has propelled SXSW into a cultural mainstay since its inception in 1987. A powerful launch pad for emerging talent, this year's festival is sure to provide the ideal exposure for up and coming Hype Music artists and provide unparalleled performance opportunities that reach key players in entertainment and media.
