MUMBAI: Punjab's Biggest Reality Show Voice of Punjab Season 2 concludes today at Glada Ground, Ludhiana in a Grand Finale Event. The gala event will be telecast LIVE from 6:30 pm onwards on PTC Punjabi.

All Top 10 finalists of Voice of Punjab will perform live on stage and compete to win. The esteemed judges for the contest are renowned singers Jagjit Singh, Sarabjit Kaur, Jasbir Jassi, & Music Director Sachin Ahuja.

The mega event will also witness breath taking performances by Jazzy B, Diljit and Honey Singh. Well known stand up Comedian Rajiv Thakur of Laughter Challenge Fame will also enthral audiences. Voice of Punjab Season 1 winners, Vinod and Paramjeet will also perform in the Grand Finale. The event will be emceed by Satinder Satti and Sahill Bhrdwaj.

The journey of Voice of Punjab Season 2 started in the month of April 2011, across Punjab. It was aimed at exploring and recognizing the Next Generation Singers from the grass-root level, thereby, providing them a platform to fame and glory.

According to Rajiee M. Shinde, COO- PTC Network, " The Contest Winners, 1 Boy and 1 Girl will get a chance to record their album with a reputed Music company.Punjab has immense singing talent and Voice of Punjab aims to provide a platform to bring forth this talent. This year Auditions were also held in Ferozepur and Nawashar in addition to audition centres of last year, thereby increasing geographic spread of the exercise.... In Season 1, auditions were held across six cities in Punjab namely Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Bathinda and Chandigarh.

Shinde further added, Even for the Telecast Episodes, there were celebrity appearances and special guests on board. Celebrity Guests who featured in the episodes include Malkit Singh, Dolly Guleria, Rabbi Shergill, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Ashok Masti, Lehmber Hussainpuri, Satwinder Bugga, Feroz Khan, Kamaljeet Neeru and Tisca Chopra  They will also grace the Grand Finale Event....
