Fever 104 FM celebrates Asha Bhosale's birthday

MUMBAI: Continuing the tradition of commemorating and honoring legends in the music industry, Fever 104 FM took its listeners on a magical journey for Asha Bhosale's birthday on  September 9, 2011 with a concert â€?Ek hi Asha'. It was a 2 hours radio concert on Fever 104 FM where listeners relived the legendary songs of Asha Bhosale.

The concert hosted by Fever's Jock Karan Singh. He took the Fever listeners through Ashaji songs over decades with songs like Piya tu abb tooh aaja, Dum maaro dum, Pyaar karne wale, pyaar karte hain shan se, Jaab chhaye mera jadoo, koi Baach na paaye, yeah meyra dil pyaar ka divana and many more; During the conversation with Karan, Ashaji spoke about her favourite the music directors and her journey and experience on various genres of music.

Fever radio concerts are not only an on-air musical dedication but also a great way to interact with music lovers, this time one of the regular listener of Fever 10 FM who also happens to be a �Sa Re Ga Ma'finalist - Bhavya Pandit was also a part of the initiative. She dedicated and sang some of her beloved songs originally sung by Ashaji during the concert, this is a special feature which has been introduced for the �Ek hi Asha' concert.

It has been a constant endeavor at Fever 104 FM to deliver the best music to the listeners and celebrate the work and brilliance of the music gurus of the industry. The Fever radio concerts give great insight and a unique approach to pay a tribute to some of the musical geniuses of the country. Going forward, Fever 104 FM will be celebrating other music maestros' birthdays in a similar fashion; the next one will be for Lata Mangeshkar's birthday during the last week of September.
