MUMBAI: Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM, India’s most popular radio station is all set to celebrate the festival of colours – ‘Holi’ in true Mirchi ishtyle. The station has lined up a host of specials to boost the festive quotient with ‘music and masti’ all through the day.

To kick start the festivities, Radio Mirchi has lined up power punch songs to set the festive spirit alive. So be it Rang Barse or Aayi Holi Aayi or the latest and hottest chartbusters, the station will be playing it all, right from 8:00am to 2:00pm. Mirchi RJs will keep up the momentum and provide LIVE Holi updates to the listeners from across the city.

Additionally, to keep the festivity alive in the city, Radio Mirchi has once again tailored its popular station Jingle around Holi, adapting to the flavour of the season. The jingle will be aimed at pepping up the mood and keeping masti on for the entire day.

The on-air magic has also been recreated on the web by Jeeturaaj, the enigmatic host of the numero uno morning show “Hi Mumbai”. To encourage Mumbaikars to save water this Holi, Jeeturaaj has spearheaded the ‘Waterless Holi’ movement on air and on Twitter through #WaterlessHoli which has received encouraging response from listeners across Mumbai.
