Clear Channel Radio Names Mitch Goldstein CFO

MUMBAI: Clear Channel Radio today announced that it has named Mitchell P. Goldstein, 48, as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, effective immediately. Goldstein will oversee financial, administrative and strategic change activities and will work closely with John Hogan, President and CEO, and other senior executives at the Company.

Goldstein's considerable executive management expertise spans finance, legal and information technology (IT). He has served in executive positions at A&P, Vlasic Foods, and Campbell Soup Company, among others. Goldstein holds a B.S. in economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School. He serves on the Boards of Rutgers Business School and The Elisabeth Morrow School.

Most recently, Goldstein spent two years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of baby and healthcare products company Nice-Pak Products, overseeing finance and IT. He previously served as an operating executive with Prentice Capital Management, where he guided First Look Studios. He oversaw finance, legal and operational initiatives and was a member of the Executive Committee as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc. (A&P). He also held senior management and planning positions at Vlasic Foods International Inc., Campbell Soup Company, and Mercer Management Consulting
