MUMBAI: Sony has extended its Xperia family by introducing its first android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich handset ‘Xperia Neo L’ in the Chinese market.

The smartphone is equipped with four-inch TFT screen, 854 x 480 pixel resolutions, 1GHz single-core Snapdragon MSM8255 processor, Adreno 205 GPU and 512MB RAM.

The handset is incorporated with pan and zoom WebKit Web browser, Sony xLOUD audio technology, headphone jack, 5MP auto focus with LED flash rear camera and front-facing VGA camera. The device supports TimescapeUI, bluetooth, WLAN, DLNA, A-GPS and 720p HD video recording.

The pricing of ‘Xperia Neo L’ is not yet revealed.
