LG unveils smartphone 'Optimus L3II'

MUMBAI: South Korean company LG Electronics has unveiled the smartphone Optimus L3II in Brazil. The handset will be available in single and dual-SIM models, and will be soon introduced in other markets of South and Central America, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

The device sports sports 3.2-inch QVGA IPS display, 1GHz single-core processor, android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, 3MP rear camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage and 1,540mAh battery.

The handset will also feature QuickMemo with Overlay mode allowing users to take notes on a transparent 'layer' while still being able to view another screen in the background.

LG Electronics Mobile Communications president and CEO Dr Jong-seok Park said, “The Optimus L3II is a versatile phone for the smart and stylish individual. Its improved user experience makes this an attractive device for customers who want to express their sense of style without sacrificing functionality.”

This will be the second device in LG’s New L Series II.

The pricing details are yet to be revealed.
