LG Prada coming to India in Jan

MUMBAI: LG will launch a smartphone designed by famous Italian fashion label Prada in the Indian market.

The android based 'Prada 3.0' runs on gingerbread operating system along with 1GHz dual-core and channel processor. The device is embedded with 1.3 mega pixel front facing camera and 8 mega pixel rear camera.

The android phone features 4.3 inch capacitive touch-screen with WVGA (800 x 480) resolution, NOVA 800-nit (brightness), Prada themed user interface and is loaded with 1540 mAh battery.

The handset is also schedule to embed the special feature android ice-cream sandwich which will be released in the second quarter of 2012.

The smartphone has been launched in South Korea and will be launched in other markets including India in January next year.

LG Prada 3.0 is priced at Rs 41,000. The smartphone is the third handset from the Prada and LG collaboration.
