LG Cookie Pep debuts in India

MUMBAI: Six months prior to its launch in International market LG finally brings Cookie Pep for the Indian audience.

The compact 3-inch full touch screen phone with social networking features aims at attracting the young crowd. The handset offers comprehensive multimedia support and comes with 42MB of internal memory - expandable up to 16GB using microSD cards. It offers a 3-megapixel camera that is also capable of capturing videos as well. The phone has a solo back lit button on the face that works as the menu, end or cancel key, depending on the phone's mode. The handset is fashioned from brushed aluminum adding to its sleek look.

LG Electronics business head, Sudhin Mathur said, According to the name of the cell phone it will give assess to have endless fun. The modal is capable with all main communication, entertainment & multimedia functions....

Solar panel for battery charging (optional), Facebook, MySpace, Twitter integration, MP4/H.264/H.263 player, MP3/WMA/AAC+ player are some other miscellaneous features of this JAVA platform based mobile device. The phone is available in two colours Silver and Black and is priced at Rs 7500.

Recently LG India has roped in Bollywood stars John Abraham, Genelia D'Souza and Abhay Deol as brand ambassadors for the Cookie Pep. The Company all set to unveil a massive 360 degree marketing campaign soon.
