My FM announces season 7 of 'Jiyo Dil Se' Awards

MUMBAI: Following the accomplishments of the last six seasons, India’s local FM network, My FM, has launched the seventh edition of the ‘Jiyo Dil Se’ awards to appreciate and acknowledge the work of the common man in bringing about a constructive difference to society.

The campaign has been rolled out and has attracted a huge number of entries. There will be eleven different categories like Education, Child Care Development, Sports, Literature, Entertainment, Social Economic Welfare, Health and Sanitation, Public Service, Culture and Art, and Women’s Welfare and Empowerment under which people can send their entries on the contributions in their respective fields. The award finale will be held on 10 March in Chandigarh.

My FM is using a 360-degree approach to promote Jiyo Dil Se awards through print, radio, outdoors, collaterals, and digital media to reach out to these people.

Commenting on the initiative, My FM Rahul Namjoshi, Business Head, said, “If you really want to make a change, all you need is immense determination and the will to push through and MY FM is here to facilitate the heroes who have the will to push their boundaries. These awards are designed to be a celebration of excellence as well as a coming together of the Indian diaspora to collaborate for a better and brighter future. We are hoping to witness even bigger participation from people this year.”

Exhilarated for the entries, Vinay Manek, Programming Head said, “Jiyo Dil Se’ has been setting the benchmark in acknowledging the contribution of people across different sectors. Having different categories this year will help us in appreciating people from various different industries. We are really looking forward to the entries this year.”
