Radio City becomes the Most Influential Radio Network by Winning 64 Metals at the Prestigious National and International awards

Mumbai: Radio City, IndiaÆs leading radio network, once again demonstrated its prowess of being the most influential radio network with an unprecedented tally of 64 awards at the prestigious national and international awards of this year. These include awards across Breakfast and Non-Breakfast programmes in the Hindi, Telugu and Tamil categories for innovative campaigns such as æSuno Na DilliÆ by RJ Ginnie, æRadio City Flashback and æLove GuruÆ among others.

With this, Radio City has now bagged 20 awards at the India Radio Forum and Excellence in Radio Awards (IRF), 19 awards at Golden Mikes, 12 awards at ACEF, 8 wins at New York Festivals International Radio Program Awards, one each at Goa Fest, Shield Awards, India Content Leadership Awards and two at Kyoorius Creative Awards. These wins establish Radio CityÆs all-around supremacy in innovation, CSR, on-ground promotions, public awareness and more.

At IRF, Radio City received laurels in various categories including Best Breakfast Programme (Hindi) for its æSuno Na DilliÆ campaign with RJ Ginnie, Best Breakfast Programme (Telugu) for the campaign æRadio City Super MorningsÆ, Best Radio Programme (Non-Breakfast û Hindi) for æLove GuruÆ, Best Radio Programme (Non-Breakfast û Tamil) for æChennai - Radio City - Crime DiaryÆ to name a few. Radio City also clinched the Excellence in New Media Initiative for æVideo CityÆ and the Community Show of the Year for æPower of RadioÆ amongst a bouquet of other recognitions

Radio City was selected as the æMost Admired Radio Network of the YearÆ, at ACEF Awards which is a testament to its robust innovative and creative approach. Radio CityÆs RJ Rashi also basked in the glory as she bagged the prestigious æRadio Jockey of The Year Non-MetroÆ at ACEF. At Golden Mikes, one of IndiaÆs biggest radio advertising awards, Radio City claimed the most number of awards, including Gold in the category- æBest On Ground Promotion by a Single Radio Station for SelfÆ for its æBlack and White HoliÆ campaign. Radio City bagged Bronze for Nikita Ki Kahani Campaign, Dilli Vs Crime Resilience after Self Immolation to Change the World and Celebrating Emotions of The Nation at the New York Radio Festivals 2018. At the Kyoorius Creative Awards, Radio City bagged an award for the brand film Taxi Driver in the æWriting for film categoryÆ and Google Maps in the æInnovative Use of Radio Category.
