MUMBAI: Indigo 91.9, Bangalore’s first and only International radio station, played cupid for listeners on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. Twenty lucky singles got a chance of a lifetime to go speed dating as they were selected through exclusive on-air and social media contests.

Aptly named 'Cupidify', all that the listeners had to do was share a selfie on Indigo 91.9’s Instagram page along with the worst pick up line they had heard. The twenty best selfies and quirks, ten each for males and females, were chosen by Indigo 91.9 RJs and the winners were treated to a special speed dating session at Indigo Live Music Bar, Bangalore's favorite music destination, where they enjoyed an evening filled with fun, music and lots of Indigo eats and drinks.

An excited winner remarked, "This probably was the coolest thing I have ever done. It is a great concept and thanks to Indigo 91.9 for including us singles in the Valentine’s day celebrations. I had a great time mingling with everyone at Indigo Live Music Bar."

Excited winners were seen getting to know each other as they spent two minutes each. The floor was then open to everyone who could take their discussion forward post the speed dating session got over. The winners enjoyed knowing each other, spending Valentine’s Day in the midst of fellow participants, who could well be their prospective significant other.
