Twitter's first-ever partnership with KCON

Kicking off the partnership is KCON 2019 Japan (@KCONJAPAN) that slated to be held from from 17 to 19 May 2019, at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall in Japan.

Twitter Korea Head of Global Content Partnerships YeonJeong Kim said, "This partnership with KCON widens opportunities to deliver Korean culture content, including K-dramas, K-beauty, K-food, and K-pop, to fans on Twitter around the world."

She added, "Over the years, Twitter has partnered with various K-pop festivals to bring Korean culture to the world, including the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) and Soompi Awards.
