Second Edition of Parx Hunt for top college bands begins

MUMBAI: After resounding success last year, clothing line Parx comes up with its second edition of Parx Hunt. The stage is set for the country’s top four college bands from across four zones (East- Kolkata, West-Pune, North- Ghaziabad and South- Hyderabad).

The four colleges are chosen from the lot of 120, spread over 80 cities. The college bands are evaluated on criteria’s like the quality of music, style, entertainment value and stage presence to name a few.

The jury, comprising of renowned musicians from the industry will shortlist the best bands from the regional finals. One winner from each regional final will then compete in the national finale to be held in Mumbai. As the regional screenings are still on, the grand finale will be held in the first week of October, along with the leading music bands in India, namely Swarathma, Coshish, Lagori, Underground Authority etc., who will be performing at the event.

After being recently seen in Sacred Games as Malcom, Actor, singer, VJ and a music Composer - Luke Kenny is back with Parx Hunt 2018- Season 2 to mentor the participants.

Each regional winner band bags Rs. 1 Lakh and will be flown down to Mumbai for the Grand Finale on 4 October 2018. The regional winner will also get a chance to perform in the city of dreams at popular Hard Rock Cafe Worli and will be styled as well as gifted hampers by Parx to take home. The cash prize for the ultimate winner be Rs 2 lakhs.
