Junglee Music acquires music rights to third film under UTV Motion Pictures

MUMBAI: After Junglee Music acquired music rights for supernatural thriller film 'Pizza', and drama film 'Filmistaan', it has gone on to acquire the rights for Kunal Deshmukh's 'Raja Natwarlal' as well.

There are a few more films expected to be signed between the label company and the production house.

The music for 'Raja Natwarlal' is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The music of the film is expected to be out by the end of this month. Arjit Singh, Mika Singh, Shweta Pandit, Benny Dayal, Mamta Sharma and Anupam Amod have sung for the film. The film features Emraan Hashmi, Humaima Malik, Paresh Rawal and Kay Kay Menon. The film is expected to be released on 29 August 2014.

Other films by UTV Motion Pictures that Junglee Music has acquired rights for -'Filmistaan' and 'Pizza', have already been released. 'Filmistaan' had five tracks composed by Arijit Datta. 'Udaari' is sung by Swaroop Khan and Ishq Bector; 'Uljhi Uljhi' is sung by Arijit Datta; 'Bhugol' is sung by Shafqat Ali Khan; 'Bol 'is sung by Shafqat Ali Khan and Arijit Datta; and 'Bebaak' sung by Nikhil D'souza. The Nitin Kakkar directed film stars Sharib Hashmi and Inaamul Huq.

Akshay Akkineni's Pizza, featuring Akshay Oberoi, Parvathy Omanakuttan and Dipannita Sharma in lead roles, released on 18 July this year.

Junglee is the label under the Times Music umbrella and offers mainstream film music.
