The Pot Radio'S DMV EDM show launches partnership with Public Bar's Sunglass Sundays

MUMBAI: The Pot Radio’s DMV EDM Show, airing live every Tuesday evening from 8PM-10PM on the Pot Radio Mobile App, has been on a mission to unite electronic dance music fans, clubs, promoters, and artists in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas. Partnering with Public Bar’s popular Sunglass Sundays party was the obvious choice and a big step towards that goal. Sunglass Sunday’s is a 12-hour rooftop charity event, featuring deep house DJs and local headliners, playing refreshing non-commercial music. Creator and owner of Sunglass Sundays, Leo Lee described, “We pave the path for the underground scene featuring some of this years’ biggest talent all over the world alongside DCs finest local DJs.”

Fresh off an arena tour in the U.K., host of the DMV EDM Show, LJ MTX has reached global status as a recording artist, label owner, and DJ, but stays true to his roots, dedicated to bringing recognition to the DMV area as a major stop for artists in the EDM world which he does each week on his radio show. “This is exactly what the DMV area needs, and I’m thrilled to be working with Public Bar and their Sunglass Sunday’s party to create a unity amongst house music fans in the area,” stated LJ, “House music is about community and bringing people together who bond over a shared love and understanding of the music and the culture. That’s what The Pot Radio hopes to achieve by working with Sunglass Sundays and the artists and fans that come through there.”

In its fourth and biggest season yet as the only 12 hour rooftop party in the heart of DC, Sunglass Sundays presented Oscar G, Made in Miami, yesterday Sunday, August 23rd for a four hour sunset performance on the Terrace of Public Bar in DuPont Circle. The next party on August 30th features 16 Bit Lolitas, and for the complete lineup and more info head to facebook.com/ SunglassSundays.
