MUMBAI: Sony Music India has commissioned digital content service provider Prime Focus Technologies (PFT) to set up CLEAR- a hybrid cloud-based platform to fine tune its video operations.
Sony will move a large set of content including music videos, documentaries, promos, full length movies and its artwork library to the platform enabling the company to supply, prepare and deliver content through the cloud, in addition to being able to archive it.

The Indian Music Industry (IMI) had recently obtained mandatory injunction orders from the Kolkata High Court (dated January 27, February 6, March 1 & March 2) directing 388 Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to block 104 Music Copyright Infringing websites within 36 hours of the date of the intimation.
