Apple guilty of copyright infringement in China

MUMBAI: A Chinese court has ordered tech giant Apple Inc to pay 1.03 million yuan ($165,000) to eight Chinese writers and two companies who alleged that unlicensed copies of their work were distributed through Apple's online store. The Beijing No 2 Intermediate People's Court ruled that Apple violated the writers' copyrights by allowing applications containing their work to be distributed through its App Store. Music industry grieves for Delhi rape victim

MUMBAI: Music artists across the fraternity have mourned the death of the 23 year old medical student who was savagely raped in Delhi. The victim, who was flown to Singapore’s Mount Elizabeth Hospital, lost her courageous battle for life early on Saturday.
