Industry sources told Radioandmusic.com that although the Sports Broadcasting Signals (Mandatory Sharing with Prasar Bharati) Act 2007 makes it mandatory for both Doordarshan and All India Radio to get signals of sporting events that are declared nationally important, the law is clear about only sharing live signals.

Industry sources reveal that music of the film composed by Rajesh Roshan, has been acquired by T-series for Rs 60 million.
T-Series president-marketing and promotions Vinod Bhanushali confirmed the development to Radioandmusic.com but refuse to divulge any details about the investment.
Rakesh Roshan has sold the film to multiple distributors and the satellite rights have been sold at a price speculated to be higher than Aamir Khan's 3 Idiots.

NEW DELHI: Eminent vocalist Girija Devi and dhrupad maestro Rahim Fahimuddin Dagar received the highest honour of Sangeet Natak Akademi Fellowship (Akademi Ratna Sadasyata) for their contribution to the culture of art and music.
